Image Similarity Policy
Guidelines for handling disputes regarding image similarity.
1. Receiving Reports
When User A reports that "User B's character is copying my work," CharaHub will send the following standard notification to User B:
「A claim alleging potential rights infringement has been received regarding your character. If we do not receive a response within X days, the content will be set to private.」
2. Consultation Between Parties
If User B submits a counter-argument, the platform will advise "Please resolve this matter through discussion between the parties involved," and a "Rights Dispute Pending" label will be displayed on both character pages.
3. Presentation of System Data
CharaHub will present the following system data as evidence:
Registration Timestamp
According to our system records, User A's registration date is [Date A], and User B's registration date is [Date B].
Perceptual Hash (pHash) Value
Our system's image analysis indicates that X% of the compositional elements between both images match.
4. Platform's Position
CharaHub operates as an infrastructure service for character IP and does not make copyright determinations. However, the system registration records (timestamps) and image analysis data are as described above. Based on this information, please resolve the matter through discussion between the parties or with the involvement of legal professionals.
