Procedures for reporting and responding to copyright infringement.

1. Takedown Notice Procedure

CharaHub responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please send the following information to our Designated Agent:

    Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  • 2
    Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • 3
    Identification of the infringing material and its location (URL)
  • 4
    Contact information (address, telephone number, email)
  • 5
    A statement that you have a "good faith belief" that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law
  • 6
    A statement that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

2. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a Counter-Notice containing the following:

    Your physical or electronic signature
  • 2
    Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  • 3
    A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • 4
    Your name, address, and telephone number
  • 5
    A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court (or appropriate court if outside the US) and will accept service of process from the original complainant

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

CharaHub reserves the right to terminate, without prior notice, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright under appropriate circumstances.
